Labelling

Some of our products are vacuum packed and labelled. Our labels will explain and show ingredients if a glaze or coating as been applied to a product. If you have a query please talk to our staff who can check and explain.

Gluten Free

If you have coeliac disease, you must give up all sources of gluten for life. Your symptoms will return if you eat foods containing gluten, and it will cause long-term damage to your health. Many basic foods – such as meat, vegetables, cheese, potatoes and rice – are naturally free from gluten so you can still include them in your diet. Our sausages contain Rye which does contain gluten. At Elsegood’s we can make sausages and burgers which are gluten free. To do this contact us and we can plan how we can help you with you requirements.

Salt Free Sausages

Sausages, Bacon and Ham can have higher levels of salt, if you need or want to reduce your intake of Salt we can help. For example we can make salt free sausages. To do this please contact us to find out how we can help with your requirements.
