Ways to cook our Lamb
Leg, Shoulder, Diced Lamb, Shanks, Stuffed Breast need to be cooked slowly, either roasted or casseroled.
Chops, Cutlets, Rosettes, Minced Lamb can be grilled or pan fried.
Our Lamb Mince is of the highest quality and perfect for all recipes.
